Affogato

Ingredients

Espresso

Vanilla ice cream

Chocolate bar
Instruction​
-
Chill several glass coffee cups
-
In a stove-top espresso maker:
-
tightly pack coffee
-
add water
-
heat on medium-low until espresso brews
-

Use a butcher knife to shave a block of chocolate
-
Remove chilled cups from the freezer
-
Scoop a large scoop of vanilla ice cream into each cup
-
Pour espresso into each cup over the ice cream
-
Top each cup with the chocolate shavings
​
This dessert is the perfect end to a meal, classy as all hell,
and ridiculously easy
