Ingredients

  • Espresso

  • Vanilla ice cream

  • Chocolate bar

Instruction​

  • Chill several glass coffee cups

  • In a stove-top espresso maker:

    • tightly pack coffee

    • add water

    • heat on medium-low until espresso brews

  • Use a butcher knife to shave a block of chocolate

  • Remove chilled cups from the freezer

  • Scoop a large scoop of vanilla ice cream into each cup

  • Pour espresso into each cup over the ice cream

  • Top each cup with the chocolate shavings

This dessert is the perfect end to a meal, classy as all hell,

and ridiculously easy
