Ingredients

  • Olive oil

  • Garlic

  • Chili flakes

  • Spaghetti

  • Parmesan

  • Parsley

  • Black pepper

Instruction​

  • In a cold pan, add:

    • a generous amount of quality olive oil

    • sliced garlic

    • chili flakes

  • Cook on low to infuse the flavors

  • In a pot, boil salted water to cook pasta of your choice (traditionally spaghetti) el dente

  • Drag the pasta from the pot into the pan carrying over the starchy water

  • Add a generous amount of grated Parmesan and freshly chopped parsley and toss together

  • Plate the dish and top with:

    • Parmesan

    • black pepper

    • parsley

    • a drizzle of quality olive oil
