Chicken Bites

Ingredients
-
Chicken breasts
-
Salt and pepper
-
Fresh bay leaves
-
Panchetta or bacon
-
Olive oil
Instruction​
-
Slice each chicken breasts into thick slices
-
Season each slice with salt and pepper
-
Place a fresh bay leaf on each slice of chicken and wrap a strip of panchetta or bacon around it to secure them together
-
Stick a toothpick through the bite to keep the panchetta secure
-
The toothpick should be stuck through the thin edge of the slice so the wide sides can make full contact with the pan​

Add olive oil to a pan on medium heat
-
Cook each chicken bite until the center is 165 degrees
-
Drain on a paper towel covered plate
-
Make sure to remove the toothpicks so your guests don't accidentally eat them like that time I made these for my sister
