Egg Rolls:

One egg
-
Egg roll wrappers
-
Cooking spray
Instruction​
-
Heat a pan on medium high and add olive oil to saute:

chopped white onions with salt to sweat

shredded carrots
-
ground pork
-
-
Cook until softened, then add
-
bean sprouts
-
cabbage
-
-
Season with
-
garlic
-
ginger
-
Chinese 5 Spice
-
sesame seeds
-
sriracha (optional)

You can eat this on its own as a low carb dish, or follow instructions below to create egg rolls
Egg Rolls​:
-
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-
In a small bowl, beat one egg
-
Scoop filling into egg roll wrappers and roll diagonally
-
Use a brush to seal the egg roll wrapper with the beat egg mixture
-
Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking oil
-
Place egg rolls on the sheet and spray the rolls with cooking oil as well
-
Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy
