French Toast

Ingredients

4 eggs
-
3/4 cup brown sugar
-
Salt
-
Heavy cream
-
Vanilla extract
-
Cinnamon
-
Vegetable oil
-
Butter
Instruction​

Mix the following in a large bowl to make the batter:
-
4 eggs
-
3/4 cup brown sugar
-
pinch of salt
-
splash of heavy cream (optional)
-
dollop of vanilla extract
-
however much cinnamon you want, darling

Pan Instructions:
-
Heat pan on medium/high
-
Add vegetable oil and a nob of butter
-
The oil raises the butter's smoke point
-
Soak bread in the mixture
-
Lay bread in pan and cook 1-2 minutes on each side until the bubbles simmer down
-

Oven Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
-
Cut the bread into sticks
-
Dip them into the mixture and lay them on a foil covered tray
-
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping once at 10 minute point
