Honey Glazed Ham

Ingredients

Pre-sliced ham

1 cup honey
-
1 1/2 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon ground cloves
Instruction​

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a disposable baking tray (because brown sugar burns), bake pre-cooked and pre-sliced ham cut side down for 15 minutes per pound
-
In a sauce pan or pot, mix:
-
one cup of honey
-
1 1/2 cups of brown sugar

1 teaspoon of ground cloves

Cook on low-medium until sugar is mostly dissolved

Pour the sauce over the ham, making sure to get it between the slices
-
Put the ham back in the oven to continue cooking for one hour, basting with glaze every 15 minutes
