Ingredients

  • Pre-sliced ham

  • 1 cup honey

  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves

Instruction​

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • In a disposable baking tray (because brown sugar burns), bake pre-cooked and pre-sliced ham cut side down for 15 minutes per pound

  • In a sauce pan or pot, mix:

    • one cup of honey

    • 1 1/2 cups of brown sugar

    • 1 teaspoon of ground cloves

  • Cook on low-medium until sugar is mostly dissolved

  • Pour the sauce over the ham, making sure to get it between the slices

  • Put the ham back in the oven to continue cooking for one hour, basting with glaze every 15 minutes
