Instruction​

  • In a mixing bowl, combine:

    • Chopped tomatoes

    • chopped white onion

    • Finely chopped Serrano peppers

    • A large bunch of chopped cilantro, including stems

    • Lime juice and zest

    • Minced garlic

  • Season with:

    • salt and pepper

    • cayenne pepper

    • oregano

  • Refrigerate for one hour, then fluff up with a fork
