Proscuitto Sandwich

Ingredients

Extra virgin olive oil

Red wine vinegar

Salt and pepper

Oregano

Basil

Garlic

Baguette

Proscuitto

Buffalo Mozzarella

Arugula
Instruction​
-
Mix Italian Sub Oil:
-
3:2 ratio of EVOO and red wine vinegar
-
Salt and pepper
-
oregano
-
basil
-
minced garlic​
-
-
Slice baguette drizzle oil on the sides that will be inside the sandwich
-
Layer the sandwich as follows:
-
thinly sliced prosciutto (2 slices thick max)
-
fresh slices of buffalo mozzarella
-
pinch of salt and pepper
-
arugula
-
-
Drizzle the Italian oil onto the arugula and close the sandwich
-
Brush the oil onto the outside of both slices of bread
-
Toast the sandwich in a frying pan until the outside is slightly charred and the mozzarella softens
