Proscuitto Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • Red wine vinegar

  • Salt and pepper

  • Oregano

  • Basil

  • Garlic

  • Baguette

  • Proscuitto

  • Buffalo Mozzarella

  • Arugula

Instruction​

  • Mix Italian Sub Oil:

    • 3:2 ratio of EVOO and red wine vinegar

    • Salt and pepper

    • oregano

    • basil

    • minced garlic​

  • Slice baguette drizzle oil on the sides that will be inside the sandwich

  • Layer the sandwich as follows:

    • thinly sliced prosciutto (2 slices thick max)

    • fresh slices of buffalo mozzarella

    • pinch of salt and pepper

    • arugula

  • Drizzle the Italian oil onto the arugula and close the sandwich

  • Brush the oil onto the outside of both slices of bread

  • Toast the sandwich in a frying pan until the outside is slightly charred and the mozzarella softens
