
Spinach Stuffed
Pork Chops

Ingredients

Pork chops
-
Spinach
-
Buffalo mozzarella
-
Garlic
-
Dijon
-
Salt and pepper
-
Thyme
-
Rosemary
-
Parsley
Instruction​
-
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
-
Cut a slit into the non-fat side of each pork chop
-
Stuff each chop with:
-
Spinach
-
A hunk of buffalo mozzarella
-
Peeled and halved garlic cloves
-
-
Coat chops in olive oil and rub on:
-
Dijon mustard
-
Salt and pepper
-
Thyme
-
Rosemary
-
-
In an iron skillet on medium-high heat, sear both sides of each pork chop, then use tongs to hold the chops on their sides to sear the fat
-
Wrap foil over the skillet and transfer it to the oven
-
Bake for 20-30 minutes until the internal temperature of the pork is 150 degrees
-
Top each chop with a smear of dijon, and slice of mozarella, and a garnish of parsley
-
Return to the oven until the cheese is softened
