Spring Salmon

Ingredients

  • Corriander

  • Spring Onions

  • Lime

  • 2 eggs

  • Salmon 

Instruction​

  • Mix the following together in a small bowl

    • fresh coriander

    • spring onions sliced into sticks

    • lime juice and zest

  • Add mix to an ice bath to curl

  • Boil water and add two eggs to cook for 5 1/2 minutes

  • In the same pot, steam salmon over the boiling water

  • Remove the salad from the ice bath and plate

  • Chop the eggs into vertical quarters

  • Chunk the salmon

  • Plate eggs and salmon onto the salad
