
Stuffed Shells

Ingredients

Jumbo shell pasta (You can also use Manicotti)
-
16 oz ricotta cheese
-
2 eggs
-
Parsley
-
Garlic
-
Marinara Sauce
-
Buffalo Mozzarella
-
Panko crumbs
-
Parmesan
Instruction​
-
In salted, boiling water, cook pasta el dente, then drain
-
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
-
In a mixing bowl, combine:
-
16 oz ricotta cheese
-

2 eggs
-
fresh parsley
-
garlic
-
-
Spread marinara sauce on the bottom of a deep baking dish
-

Stuff each shell or manicotti with the cheese mixture and lay in dish open side up
-
Add more marinara sauce over the top
-
Bake for 30 minutes
-
Top the dish with blobs of buffalo mozzarella and a combination of panko bread crumbs and grated Parmesan
-
Bake an additional 15 minutes
-
Let rest to thicken
-
Garnish with parsley
