
Vinaigrette

Make sure to be generous with the salt and the acid component because the dressing will thin out quite a bit when added to the water-filled greens
Instruction​
Lemon Vinaigrette:

In a glass jar, pour in:

2 parts olive oil

1 part lemon juice
-
A hefty dollop of Dijon mustard
-
Optionally, you can add a splash of white wine vinegar

Season with
-
Salt
-
pepper
-
minced garlic
-
Oregano and/or basil
-
fresh chopped parsley
-

Close and shake the jar to mix well
-
Be sure to taste and adjust seasonings appropriately

Red Wine Vinaigrette:
-
In a glass jar, pour in:
-
2 parts olive oil
-
1 part red wine vinegar
-
A hefty dollop of Dijon mustard
-
A couple of splashes of balsamic vinegar
-
-
Season with
-
Salt
-
pepper
-
Oregano
-
-
You can add honey if you want to sweeten it
-
Close and shake the jar to mix well
-
Be sure to taste and adjust seasonings appropriately
