
Meatball Sandwich

Marinara Sauce

Pesto Sauce

Crunchy bread

Olive Oil

Buffalo Mozzarella

Parmesan

Parsley
Instruction​
This recipe is intended to be made with leftovers from the following recipes:

Reheat meatballs in marinara sauce
-
Slice a crunchy bread such as ciabatta or french bread
-
Lightly oil a cast-iron pan and toast the bread on all sides
-
Smear pesto sauce onto one side of each slice of bread that will be the internal side of the sandwich

Scoop the meatballs onto the bread's pesto side and try to keep the sauce contained
-
Top the meatballs with fresh slices of buffalo marinara or shaved Parmesan
-
Top with fresh chopped parsley
-
Cover the sandwich with the other slice, obviously. That's how sandwiches work.

Let this rest for a couple of minutes to allow the cheese to soften
